Homegrown is a celebration of the teams and individuals that make up our awesome improv community.
Each performance features invited guest teams and a special performance by that month's Homegrown Ensemble - a group made up of individual improvisors from all over the city. It's a fun and unique night of ever-changing improv comedy right in the heart of Old Town. All we need is you.

Team and individual submissions - Oct. 2017:
Are you on a team that would like to be considered to perform as a guest at Homegrown? Are you an individual who'd like to jump in and play with the Homegrown Ensemble one month? Let's play.
Guest Team Submissions
Homegrown happens in three-week runs cycles. Accepted guest teams will perform in one or more of those three performances, receive guest comps for their shows, and VIP passes to use at any other OTIC performance that month.
The shows start at 7:30PM, and call time for all performers is 6:50PM.
Individual Submissions
Each month's Homegrown Ensemble is made up of improvisors from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels. The ensemble performs together for three consecutive Sundays at Old Town Improv Co., and attend a coached rehearsal the week prior to their first show. Participating players receive guest comps for their shows, as well as VIP passes to use at other OTIC performances that month.
