Each month, the members of Old Town Improv Co.'s BOOK CLUB come together and improvise a live, full-length novel from a different literary genre. They draw on the tone, techniques, and spirit of your favorite genres to deliver one of the most unique and hilarious shows in town - all based on a single audience suggestion!

JULY'S GENRE: Murder Mystery

“What do a movie star, a mathematician, a maid, a plumber, and an Italian baroness have in common?" Barbara asked the group. "I'll tell you: any one of you could have done this."

She motioned to the covered body of the senator, slumped in the plush chair. A simple kitchen knife was plunged into his chest, and the body was still warm.

"The storm isn't going to let up anytime soon, so we're stuck here, and we're all in danger."
